This is our flagship bean, supplied to many operators around the country and has won gold and silver awards at the CRS2010 Golden Bean Competition as both an espresso and milk based coffee. Using the finest beans from Central and South America, Alpha displays minimal acidity and a sweet, bold aftertaste. With a strong aroma, Alpha leaves a full flavor for our customers. 

Optimised and tweaked for The Bald Barista, considerations into humidity and temperature were utilized when creating this boutique blend.
